The client is a New York City based Software-as-a-Service company that provides hotel software solutions to small hotels, Inns and B&Bs throughout the United States.

The client was using a Marketing Agency for SEO that wasn’t delivering results. They had identified keywords that weren’t driving more traffic from Google to their website. Therefore, lead generation was extremely low and didn’t justify the cost of the service.

After an in-depth, comprehensive website audit, we identified the following issues that need improvement:

1. The keywords being used for optimization on its website had low monthly searches
2. The content that was being generated for online publications didn’t have anchor text that reflected their top keywords.

In order to position the website on the 1st page of Google, we put together an 8 month link building plan to build authority and relevancy for the new targeted keywords.
